All orders are handmade and processed with care. Please allow 3 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may increase during sales, holidays, or high order volume periods.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): 3–5 business days
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by location

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or customs are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Soap Dealer Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Soap Dealer Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution if approved.

International Customers

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties, or import charges required by their country.
